Our Story

From a food truck to the corner of Hastings & Garden.

Tyson Reimer spent two decades in Vancouver kitchens — Cobre, Deacon's Corner, Peckinpah — and then decided the best thing to do with all of it was fry fish. The truck came first, in 2023. In June 2025 Rumble Fish took over a corner on East Hastings and gave it a proper fryer, a powder-blue banquette, and a JAWS poster. Chef-level fish at fish-shack prices, served on a paper tray. That's the whole idea.
